KYC Verification In Spinpanda
Spinpanda runs KYC checks to confirm who the player is, where they live, and whether the payment method belongs to them. The check links to withdrawals, higher-risk activity, and compliance with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules.
Spinpanda requests verification before a first withdrawal, after a change to core account details (name, date of birth, address), or when the system flags activity for a manual review. A KYC request also triggers if the player uses a new deposit method, makes a chargeback attempt, or hits higher internal limits for withdrawals.
The upload flow sits in the account profile under verification. Spinpanda asks for clear colour images; cropped corners, glare, and edited files trigger re-submission.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Passport, national ID card, or driving licence. Spinpanda checks full name, date of birth (18+), document number, and expiry date. If the document has two sides, Spinpanda asks for front and back. Some cases require a selfie or short liveness capture with the document visible.
- Address proof: A utility bill, bank statement, tax letter, or government-issued residence letter showing the same name and address as the Spinpanda profile. The document must be recent (issued within the last 90 days) and show the issue date and issuer name/logo.
- Payment method: If a bank card is used, Spinpanda asks for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits and the cardholder name, with the CVV hidden. If an e-wallet is used, Spinpanda requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account owner’s name and the wallet ID/email. For bank transfers, Spinpanda accepts a statement or account page showing the account holder and IBAN/account number.
Processing time depends on queue and document quality. Automated checks can clear within 10–30 minutes, while manual review typically takes 1–24 hours.
If Spinpanda requests extra files or a re-upload, the clock restarts from the moment the new documents are submitted. Complex cases (name mismatch, unread
